Workout is tomorrow night at 6:15. If we could, I’d like to try and start the workout by 6:15, so if we could try to get there by 6 for warm up and drills that would be AHMAZING! Thank youuu!
Warm Up:
1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout:
4 X 400 @ 5K-10K PACE
1600 AT 10K-HALF PACE
4 X 400 AT 5K-10K PACE
**Recovery – 200 between the 400’s, and 400 before and after the mile
Cool Down:
.5-1 Mile + Yoga
