You need to sign up for each individual race due to a cap of 175 runners participating in each race which we worked out with the park on 11/24/20.

Everyone will be provided a coupon code on the Sunday prior to the race to give everyone a chance

Please be mindful of others when signing up to give everyone a chance to run.

We will still need volunteers for each race. Volunteers at registration and Finish line will be provided PPE: Regulation N95 masks, shield, and gloves

Chips will be provided each week week and need to be deposited into sanitizer buckets after

Bring your own water if needed.

No refreshments will be provided at the races at least to start.

Check the website prior to race for announcements: race day announcements will only be those pertaining to the course conditions.
COVID Precautions:
Masks must be worn in the common areas, Boat House area, Start finish line… Pull it back up when encountering others…
Social distancing needs to be maintained and to aid in this:
Races will be chip timed with wave starts based on your pace; we will plan out staging areas.
We need to avoid a crowd gathering at the boathouse, crossing the causeway and at the start, smaller groups will head to the start with a short period of time between wave.
When you finish we expect you to head back, gather your things and leave.
Courses will be modified slightly to allow a single common start/finish line for each race.
