Warm up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout:
🔹3-4 Sets of 800m then 400m, @5k pace
Recovery:
🔹200m jog after the 800m
🔹400m jog between sets
Cool Down:
🔹.5 – 1 Mile jog or walk cool down
For my Broad Street Runners:
Workout:
🔹3 X 1 mile with 1 min recovery (100m jog) between intervals @ planned 10 mile race pace.
Warm up & drills start at 6:15pm and we get rolling by 6:30pm!
