Happy Tues Eve BCRR!!!
Since last week got rained out I figured everyone loveeeees 400’s, so I’m keeping it on the menu for this week too!
Warm Up:
• 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout:
• 8-12 x 400 @ 5k pace effort (200m) recovery in between
Cool Down:
• .5 Mile – 1 Mile Easy + Yoga
