BCRR Track Wednesday’s!

You know what day it is….YUP TRACK DAY!! Come join us tonight at 5:45 for warm up & drills then by 6pm we get rolling for the workout!

Here’s what’s on the menu tonight!

1 Mile Easy + Drills & Striders
• 1- 2 sets x (4×600)
• 200 rest between reps and 400 jog between sets
• Pace per 600 10k Pace
.5 – 1 Mile Cool Down

See you tonight at the George School in Newtown!
