
BCRR Tuesday Track Workout – 6/13/2023
Where: Council Rock High School South Track
When:
5:50 pm – warm-up jog
6:00 pm – start dynamic drills
All paces are welcome!
Warm Up: 10-minute jog warm up + dynamic stretching
Workout: Endless 800s Challenge:
800m reps @5k pace, rest gets shorter by 15 seconds each rep starting at 2:30 rest until you cannot hit 5k pace. For example the rest will be: (2:30, 2:15, 2:00, 1:45, 1:30, 1:15, 60, 45, 30…) than if you get down to 30 seconds of rest, continue to run reps with 30 seconds rest until you cannot hit 5k pace.
Cool Down: 10-minute jog
