PSA: We will be moving to Council Rock South next week Tuesday, June 13th.
When:
5:50 pm – warm-up jog
6:00 pm – start dynamic drills
All paces are welcome!
Warm Up: 10-minute jog warm up + dynamic stretching
Workout:
Beginner/Intermediate track workout:
• 3×400/200/200 @5k,3k,mile paces (200m jog recovery between reps)
Advanced threshold and speed workout:
• 2k @threshold (400m jog recovery)
• 3×400/200/200 @5k,3k,mile paces (200m jog recovery between reps)
Cool Down: 10-minute jog
