BCRR Tuesday Track Workout – 8/29/2023
Rhythm Miles: Classic TCNJ summer workout, endurance type workout I have done at least 10 times before.
Where: Council Rock High School South Track
When:
6:00 pm – start dynamic drills
All paces are welcome!
Warm Up: First Rhythm Mile
5-8x mile: First mile @regualr distance run pace, each mile gets progressively faster by about 15 seconds. 60 seconds rest between miles. Note first mile is considered warm up, last mile is considered cool down which will be at regular distance pace.

My best rhythm miles ever was in Princeton around a loop up prospect street and around (not flat gained about 500ft in the 9 miles): 6:56, 6:39, 6:27, 6:11, 5:54, 5:40, 5:28, 5:11, 6:56
Cool Down: last Rhythm mile
