- Accept Minutes from last meeting as posted by Kathy
A motion to approve minutes from the last Executive Board Meeting dated May 2, 2017 was made by Rich and seconded by Maggie. Minutes were approved 4-0.
- Dan Metz will make a presentation of suggested apparel purchases for this year.
Dan gave a presentation to the Board summarizing current apparel inventory, proposed budget for 2017/2018, suggested apparel purchases, unclaimed uniforms issue and suggestions for 2018.
- Dan picked up the jerseys from Bob at the Athletic Shoe Shop and will make announcements to the members on how to get their jerseys if they still haven’t picked them up. Dan will inventory the remaining jerseys.
Unclaimed uniforms can be picked up until June 21st by contacting Dan Metz.

- Financial Report
Rob reported the total in all accounts. Rob has access to all RunSignUp financials now.
- Winter Series Party Actual vs. Budget
Rob has finalized the financial report for the Winter Series Banquet.
- Break-Fast 5K Financial Report
Kathy and Rob have finalized the financial report for the Break-Fast 5K. The Break-Fast 5K beneficiary, CB Cares Educational Foundation, was given a donation of $15,000 at the Celebrity Chef and Waiter Gala on June 4th.
- Broad Street Run Bus and Tailgate Financial Report
Rob has finalized the financial report for the Broad Street Run tailgate. It was suggested that next year the club should have a map available showing where to find the tailgate at the Broad Street Run.

- Equinox Event
The Equinox Event is scheduled for June 17th at Washington Crossing Park. Greg Holst is the organizer. Volunteers are signing up.
- Revolutionary Run
Johnny contacted the race director from the Revolutionary Run to offer the club’s assistance. He is waiting to hear back. Greg and Emily Grace would like to host an after party again this year. Johnny made a motion for the club to contribute $500 for the Grace’s party and Kathy seconded the motion. The motion was approved 4-0.

Johnny and Kathy will order some table covers, BCRR flags and other promotional items. The tent also needs to be repaired.
- Winter Series Director
Mike was not able to attend the meeting.
- Communications Director
Maggie will continue with Meetup posts. The next Social will be June 22nd at the Station Tap House.
- Vice President
Rich, Johnny and Mike will meet with the new Tyler State Park manager. Also, Rob has received the invoice from the George School for the track fees and will be sending the check.
The timeline for the Election was reviewed.
June 15-29 nominations open, instructions will be sent out
June 30 Board makes endorsements known to candidates
July 3 candidates confirm whether they are running
July 5 official list of candidates made public
July 5-14 candidates statements may be made and updated on club website
July 17-31 Election
Sept 1 new term for officers begins
VMMA seminar on street safety and self-defense specifically for runners
Kathy will get more details from VMMA. How long the seminar would be, location, cost, etc.

Next meeting will be Sunday, July 23rd after the canal run and will be a breakfast meeting.
