It’s Tuesdayyyyyyy! That means some speed at the canal! Woot Woot!!!
Workout today is short and sweet and geared for those running the 5k Series this weekend!!
Warm Up:
• 10-15′ + Drills & Striders
Workout:
• 1′ at Current/Goal 5k Pace (As long as goal 5k pace is within reason)
• 2′ Easy recovery
• Repeat 8-10X (Total Time: 24′ – 30′)
Cool Down:
• 5-15′ Easy Cool Down
