Happy Hump Day Guys!!
We are going to see how this works for the month of July/August, because once school starts the George school will dictate our start time anyways. I am away a few weeks, so maybe the person replacing me can do later too, but chat tonight at practice!! 🙂
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: 6 X 800 at 10k-5k Pace (200m jog recovery)
Cool Down: .5 – 1 Mile + Yoga
