We will be splitting up the group and starting on opposite sides of the track.
Warm Up:
• 10 minute jog warm up, dynamic stretching and strides
Workout:
Version 1
1600 @ 10k pace
1200 @ 10k pace minus 15 seconds per mile
800 @ 10k pace minus 30 seconds per mile
400 @ 10k pace minus 45 seconds per mile
200 @ 10k pace minus 1min per mile
Version 2
1600 @ 10k pace
1200 @ 10k pace minus 20 seconds per mile
800 @ 10k pace minus 40 seconds per mile
400 @ 10k pace minus 60 seconds per mile
200 @ 10k pace minus 70 seconds per mile
2 minute recovery between each
Cool Down:
• 10 min jog
