Hello BCRR’s,
tomorrow is the last workout for the season. I will not be able to make it but newly married Sam Cler or Rich Kanak will lead.
We have two options tomorrow.
#1 Prefontaine
#2 repeat 600’s and 1200

Prefontaine
1 mile on the track at 5k effort
then immediately head off the track for a CRS campus loop (2 miles)
then right back on the track for a final 1 mile, again at 5k effort
#2
2×600(200), 1200(400), 2×600(200)
600’s @ 5k effort
1200 @ 10k effort
Note: The Wednesday Evening track at George School is still going till end of October and there is also the McTuesday group that meets year round at McCaffrey’s in Yardley. Check the BCRR site for more details.

8-10 x 400 (200) @ 5k pace
Cool Down:
• 10 min jog
