- Old Business
Break-fast 5K/10K Recap – Break-Fast registration committee will be formed for next year to help registration run more smoothly. Need a microphone for awards and announcements for next year, but plan to only announce overall winners. Need more cones to separate the runners on the turns and flags to separate the 5K and 10K runners. Flow of runners into the pancake breakfast was staggered because of runner distribution between the two races resulting in much shorter lines.
Caesar Rodney Recap – Overall attendance was down but the Board would like to continue to support the event.
Website (administrator) – Working well at this point. Automatic posting to FB should be done any day. Email went out to the Board regarding this. Automatic email generated by the website will be available any day. Marcel Marino is willing to be the website gate keeper. Rich will follow up before the next Board meeting. Kathy will discuss WordPress issues around posting content with Jennifer.

Vice President – Athletic Shoe Shop agreed to distribute/sell apparel. Product has been dropped of at the Doylestown location. Working on getting Chris set up with Point of Sale App, so sales go directly to BCRR. Rob will provide an access code to Chris. An announcement will be posted to the club that BCRR apparel is available for purchase at the Athletic Shoe Shop (the official shop of BCRR). Also, there are about 150 Winter Series shirts and hats left over from last year. The Board discussed giving them away at promotional events like the Revolutionary Run.
President – There will be a Cinco de Mayo theme for next year at the Broad Street Run. The club filled both buses. Next year possibly have a deadline for joining the bus and hire as many buses as needed. The party after the Revolutionary Run on July 4 needs to be planned. Greg Holst is the race director for the Equinox event. Food to include pancakes and waffles in the morning, pizza for lunch, and burgers in the evening.
