Welcome Back to CRS Tuesday’s Track workouts
All paces are welcome!
• 10 minute jog warm up, dynamic stretching and strides
400’s should be at 5k race pace
200’s should be at your mile pace (roughly 24-28 second per mile faster than 5k)
• 10 min jog
