Hey crew! The wonderful Rich Kanak will be leading tonight!

I’ll get right to business – here’s what’s on the menu!

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout: 4 X 1600 (10k pace, Marathon Pace, 10k Pace, Marathon Pace) 200m jog recovery

Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile Cool Down & Yoga
