Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: Descending Ladder: 1-2 sets of (800, 600, 400, 300, 200) @ 10k – 5k Pace
– Recovery is 200m in between intervals and 400m between sets
Ps: if you are RACING the Rev Run as much as we want to see your face I do not suggest coming to the workout tomorrow!
