Happy Tuesday everyone!!
I heard that the weather is brutal over on the East Coast. I won’t tell you that my run this morning was 60 degrees of pure joy in Cali! (Oops I guess I did!)
YOU ALL ARE BADASSES AND CAN HANDLE ANYTHING!
So this Wednesday’s Workout I am posting today since tomorrow I will be heading to Yosemite!
Mike Sherman will be leading everyone as well!! He will be arriving at 6, so be ready to go with the workout!
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders (on your own, or Mike will lead when he gets there)
Workout: 2 X 1600 at Half Marathon Pace with 200m jog in between, then 4 X 400 @ 5k pace effort
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile Easy
