I can’t believe how quickly it is flying by!!! GET YO’ BUTTS DOWN HERE BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!!

Any who I am keeping it simple tonight!

On zee menu is….

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout: 8-12 X 400m @5k Pace with 200m jog recoveries

Cool Down: .5 – 1 Mile + Yoga
