Happy Wednesday Track Crew!
So this heat wave wants to continue, ok fine let’s deal with the elements, so that fall running is that much more appreciated! 🙂
If you like shorter intervals this is your night, plus I get to tell you when to run, so it’s fun for me tooooooo!
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: Track Fartlek – 1′, 2′, 3′ X 2 – 4 Sets (Recovery is 1′ in between intervals and 2′ in between sets)
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile Easy + Yoga
