Happy Hump Day Everyone!!!

It’s going to be a beautiful night today! Come on down and run circles with us!
See ya at 6:15pm at the George School!
Tonight’s Workout:
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: 8-12 400’s @5k Pace with 200m jog/walk recovery
Cool Down: .5 – 1 Mile Easy & Yoga
