Happy Monday Eve BCRR!!
Just wanted to get this out to you since I’m always late to the party! Wednesday night is our last track practice of the season! *sadface* But we will be celebrating post workout at Tre Fratelli’s!! Come on down to either party!! 🙂
Here’s the workout:
Warm Up:
• 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
• 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout:
• Relay 400’s Workout
• Relay 400’s Workout
• Everyone will be split up into teams of 2-3 and we will complete 8 X 400’s (Pace yo’self still!)
Cool Down:
• .5 – 1 Mile Cool Down
• .5 – 1 Mile Cool Down
**Not a ton of mileage on Wednesday so if you need more miles do before or after workout
