Happy Wednesday Peeps!

Congratulations to all that raced this weekend! I once ran 2:01 in a marathon too….LOL

What an amazing accomplishment!! Truly inspiring!

Let’s take that inspiration and either do some recovery based intervals for those that need to recover…(Calling you out Manny!) and for those that are ready for some interval love I gotchu!!

Ps. Manny killed his half! 1:24!!

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout:

  • 3k at HMRP
  • 2K at 10k Pace
  • 1K at 5k Pace
    400m active recoveries

Cool Down: .5 – 1 Mile + Pizza and Beer after the workout at Tre Fratelli’s! 🙂
