Welcome Back to CRS Tuesday’s Track workouts
All paces are welcome!
It’s (mini)PRE time
Warm Up:
• 10 minute jog warm up, dynamic stretching and strides
Workout:
800 hard on track, 2 mile around South campus @ 70% effort – 800 on track hard.
This is a continuous run. Immediately after finishing your 800 on track, jog off the track to path and start your 2 mile run. After returning from the 2 mile run, immediately hop on track and complete the last 800.
Cool Down:
• 10 min jog
