Hope everyone had a great weekend! Next week we are having a social and if you dress up in costume you get some free stuff! So why not dress up at track practice too!
Here’s what we have in store for this week:
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout #1:
- 4 X 1200m HMRP with 200m jog recovery
Workout #2: The Michigan
- 1 Mile – 10k Pace
- 1 Mile Steady State (About Marathon Pace +20s – Preferably on the road)
- 1200m – Faster than initial 1600
- 1 Mile Steady State (About Marathon Pace +20s – Preferably on the road)
- 800m – Faster than 1200
THERE IS NO REST IN THIS WORKOUT!
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
