After years of cancelations and informals we finally had excellent race conditions and a great Polar Bear 8 miler was held. The Conard team lead an amazing race and an amazing chilli contest!
Today we witnessed the second fastest run ever on this long run course. Only the sick effort of Paul Magolon in 1991, when he ran 41:16, was faster than what Steve Hallman ran today. Steve ran a blazing 42:19! No other runner in the history of the Winter Series has broken 45 minutes.
Once again thanks to an amazing results team which includes the finish line team, the registration team and Brian Minster who amazes me week in and week out, please find the results of today’s race below.
