Tuesday Track – 8/9/2022
Welcome Back to CRS Tuesday’s Track workouts
All paces are welcome!
Warm Up:
• 10 minute jog warm up, dynamic stretching and strides
Workout:
Pre 2.0
1 mile on track
walk off track and run the .75mile loop
return to track and run 1 mile on track
The miles on track should be as hard as possible AND run both of them in same time.
The .75 mile loop between miles should be at a 60-65% effort.
Cool Down:
• 10 min jog
