That being said, track will go on as long as there is no tsunami or lightening/thunder!

Warm Up:
• 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout:
• 4 X 400 @ 5K PACE
• 1600 AT 10K PACE
• 4 X 400 AT 5K PACE
Cool Down:
• .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga (if it’s not crazy raining on us, although it may be nice? We will play it by ear!)
