Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: 3 X (1200, 400) *1200 at slightly slower 5k fast; 400 at slightly faster. Recovery 200 between intervals, and 400 between sets.
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
And a little recovery tip, if you plan to shower post workout, start with a 10′ soak in a tub with some epsom salt! IT DOES A BODY GOOOOD!
