Good morning BCRR!!
Tonight we are back just not at George School! We will be meeting at 6pm at Canal Path Park in New Hope. It’s right by Magill Hill and under the 202 Bridge. There’s a big parking lot for us all to park.
Now onto the workout!
Warm Up:
• 10-15′ + Drills & Striders
Workout:
• 5-6 X 2′ at 5k-HMRP (We will discuss – I will base on what you are training for and how much speed work you have been doing)
• 3′ Easy recovery
Cool Down:
• 5-15′ Easy Cool Down
