We have 6 more track sessions left in this season, so get your booty’s to practice!
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
- 4 X 400 at 5k-10k Pace
- 10 minute tempo at Half Marathon Pace
- 4 X 400 at 5k – 10k Pace
Recovery is 200m between 400m intervals and 400m after the 10′ tempo
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
Warm Up Starts at 5:45 and we begin the workout by 6 (or at least we try) 🙂
