of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt.”~John Muir
It’s time to dust off your Trucker hat and start growing your beard because the Equinox is upon us!!!!
The Equinox! The all day free trail event is scheduled for Saturday, June 22,2019!!
The event will take place in Washington Crossing State Park at 7:30 am at the Greene Grove Pavillion
Master of the Trails, Gregg Holst has put together a picturesque, 5-mile loop together for runners to enjoy during the day. The event runs for 12 hours (7:30 am to 7:30 pm), so you can complete as many loops as you wish that day.
There will be overall Men and Women winners for the most loops accomplished, but otherwise it is a low key, fun event!
And what would a trail run be without…..FOOD!! There will be a picnic for BCRR members and their families, so when you get done a loop, enjoy some food and fellowship and then head back out for another.
The Equinox is like Woodstock, plenty of food, fun and MUD…..just without the police presence. It is a Free event but donations would be appreciated to subsidize the costs.
