Good Evening BCRR! The humidity continues, so listen to your body and make sure you are hydrating throughout the day!
Where we meet: Canal Park, New Hope
Day/Time: Tuesday at 6pm
Warm Up:
• 10′ at Easy Effort
Workout:
• 5′ at 10k Effort/2′ Easy
Then Complete:
• 2 Sets of (3 X 90s at 5k Effort/90s in between intervals and 2′ in between sets)
Cool Down:
• 5-10′ Easy
