Today’s workout will be led by the amazing Ally O’Malley! (best name ever btw) And here’s what we have on the menu
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: 1 Mile at 5k-10k Pace, 400m recovery, 4-8 X 400 @ 5k pace with 200m jog recovery
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile Easy
Ps if you ran Broad Street and still feel like you need some time to recovery listen to your body and take this workout easier. Remember in order to get stronger with running you need to first stress/load your body, then rest & recover, so that the body can adapt and get stronger!!! TRAIN SMART! 🙂
