Accelerating Ladder
• 400
• 600
• 800
• 1200
• 800
• 600
• 400
(Rest is 2 – 3 minutes between each interval)
** Start at 10k pace going up and work to 5k pace going down the ladder.**
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
