TRACK IN T – 4ISH HOURS!

Get yo’ butts down we only have about 4-5 sessions left this season! A little birdie aka Johnny told me there is going to be a social on 10/24 I think I could be really wrong, so please don’t hate me if I am! If you come dressed in costume you get freeeeee stuff  too I heard 🙂

So I was thinking why not run a track workout in costume too! I realized I don’t have kids so most will probably be hanging with their kids on Halloween, so let’s do a fun track workout in costumes (optional but highly recommended) on the 24th!

Halloween may be an optional practice, not sure yet! Any who long winded run on post is commencing…NOW!

WORKOUT TONIGHT:

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout: 2 Miles @ MRP, 1 Mile @ HMRP, 1 mile @ 10K – 400m recoveries in between

Cool Down: .5 – 1 Mile Easy & Yoga
