Warm Up:
• 10 minute jog warm up, dynamic stretching and strides
Workout:
3x [500(200), 400(200), 300(200)]
Pace – 500’s and 400’s @ 5k pace
300’s @ mile pace
This is designed to have you change gears as if finishing a race and help develop speed while fatigued.
Cool Down:
• 10 min jog
