• 10 minute jog warm up, dynamic stretching and strides
Workout:
3 x 400m (200) @5k pace
3/4 mile loop @ 1/2 marathon pace
3 x 400m (200) @5k pace
3/4 mile loop @ 1/2 marathon pace
3 x 400m (200) @5k pace
3/4 mile loop @ 1/2 marathon pace
