Warm Up:
• 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout:
• 2-3 X 1000 (Current Pace 5k ) 200m recovery
• 5 X 300m (5-10s faster than current 5k Pace) 100m recovery
Cool Down:
• .5 Mile – 1 Mile
