Hope everyone had an awesome Memorial Day!! Sending you cool breezy vibes the next 2 weeks from Martha’s Vineyard!

Coach Ally will be leading the workouts for the next two weeks!!

Here’s what we have on the menu tomorrow!

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout:

• 1600 – 10k Pace

• 400m Recovery

• 2 X 800 – Between 10k – 5k Pace

• 200m Recovery

• 4 X 400 – 5k Pace

• 200m Recovery

Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile
