Hello Runners!!! Here is tonight’s workout!! Pacing will be dependent on what you are training for, but remember to ease into speed especially if you are new, or haven’t been doing it for awhile!
1 Mile Warm Up
Drills & Striders
8 X 400
4 X 200
200 Jog Recovery in between intervals
1/2 Mile – 1 Mile Cool Down
Note: If you need to add more miles you can do 10 X 400’s
