TRACK WORKOUT – AUGUST 18, 2015

It’s hot…so Johnny is serving up short, sweet and tough.  He will be out again recovering, but all will be in capable hands with Natalie.

WARM UP: Easy mile + stretch – done and ready to go at 6:30

WORKOUT:
8-16 x 300m (100m recovery) @ 5K pace

COOL DOWN: Easy mile and lots of fluids!
