Track Workout – October 21, 2014

They may be calling for rain, but right now it’s pretty perfect for a track workout.  6:30 George School!  

NOTE: Track workouts will end at the end of this month – it’s just too dark! 

WARM UP: Easy mile + drills


WORKOUT: 12 – 24 x 200m (200m recovery) @ 5K pace

COOL DOWN: Easy mile + drills
