TRACK WORKOUT – OCTOBER 28, 2014

This is the last one of the season! Bring a headlamp and make it count!

WARM UP: 1 mile easy + drills

WORKOUT 1:
12-16 x 300m (100m recovery) – 10K pace

–OR–

WORKOUT 2:
6-8 x 300m (100m recovery) – 5K pace

COOL DOWN: 1 mile easy + drills

THEN…meet at Manny Brown’s Bar and Grill!
