Track Workout – Sept 1, 2015

Hot and humid out there today….hope you are prepared with fluids, towels, etc.

WARM UP: 1 mile easy – be done and ready to go with drills at 6:30p

WORKOUT: 3-4 x 1200m (400m recovery) @ 10K pace

COOL DOWN: OK, you won’t exactly cool down tonight, but those muscles need to begin to recover with an easy mile.
