Tonight’s workout ia a speedy one!
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: 5-8 Sets of (400, 200)
Paces: 400 is at 5k Pace; 200 is faster than 5k Pace
Recovery: 200m between reps and 200-400m between sets
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga if it doesn’t pour
