This week’s workout we are still working on easing everyone back into things!
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: 2-4 X (800, 400) – Recovery Jog/Walk – 200 between intervals and 400m between sets if necessary. Paces are between 5k-10k
Cool Down: .5 – 1 Mile Easy Peasy & hopefully some non freezing yoga!!
