Join Coach Natalie Johnston Wednesday evenings* for the BCRR Member Track Workout! Track workouts are for all members who wants to try to improve their overall speed or simply wants a different kind of social group workout. Open to all ability and experience levels!
Warmup starts at 6:15pm and the workout starts at 6:30pm.
