Track Workouts (DUE TO COVID19: CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE)


TUESDAY-Council Rock South High School Track (June through September)

Track workouts are for all BCRR members who wants to try to improve their overall speed or simply wants a different kind of social group workout. Open to all ability and experience levels!

When: Tuesdays at 6:00pm (June through September) Subscribe to the blog and BCRR Facebook group for the latest track workout post.

WEDNESDAY-The George School Track (April through October)

Join Coach Natalie Johnston Wednesday evenings in the spring through fall for the BCRR Member Track Workout! Track workouts are for all members who wants to try to improve their overall speed or simply wants a different kind of social group workout. Open to all ability and experience levels!

When: Wednesdays at 5:45pm start with warm up and drills from Early April through October. Subscribe to the blog and BCRR Facebook group for the latest track workout post.
