The George School track will be our host for the Spring 2023 track season until Mid June. Please be respectful of the property and park near the alumni gym.
We have Alex and Camryn as our track leaders for the workout. The general structure is warmup, workout (today’s is 200 meter repeats – about 8-10) and a cool down.
