Welcome Back to CRS Tuesday’s Track workouts
All paces are welcome!
Warm Up:
• 10 minute jog warm up, dynamic stretching and strides
Workout:
6x [200(200), 400(400)]
400’s @ 5k pace
200’s @ mile pace
200’s @ mile pace
mile pace = roughly 24-28 second per mile faster than 5k)
Cool Down:
• 10 min jog
